Ali Shah was recently invited to deliver a talk at Nayatel to speak to their team managers on: Reinvent Yourself and Unlock your True Potential
Three things he emphasized on:
1. Think out of the box: Don’t just work as per your job description. Exceed expectations. Come up with ideas of improvement and innovation.
2. Develop a culture of innovation in your teams: Encourage introverts to share ideas as well in team meetings. Make one to one meetings essential where you share ideas not only for your own growth within the company but also how things can be improved for the company.
3. Don’t settle: Deliver top quality work. Continuously improve yourself. Aim to get 1% better everyday. Disrupt yourself from within before getting disrupted by the world around you.
I would like to thank Taimur Aziz, Wahaj Siraj for inviting me and giving me an opportunity to engage with their team managers. I observed that the energy level in Nayatel is quite high and the focus on learning and development of their staff is commendable.
