After a brief engagement in a software house in his early career, Ali’s relentless drive led him to excel in Alcatel (UAE), climb corporate ladder at Mobilink (Jazz), and ultimately carve his path internationally in the UK leaving an indelible mark on industry giants like Vodafone UK and Tekelec (acquired by Oracle).

With a penchant for innovation, Ali co-founded tech startup DealSmash in 2015 before venturing into training, coaching, and consulting with Xecofy (www.xecofy.com), a management consulting firm based out of UK with expertise in leadership, business agility and communication – with clients including blue chip organisations such as Jazz, Hubco, Teradata, Ericsson EU, Nokia UK and Astra Zeneca. When adversity struck with COVID-19, Ali saw another opportunity and established a commercial real estate development and hospitality ventures in Pakistan.
