I spent 15 years inside some of the world's most complex organisations — delivering multi-million pound programmes, managing cross-border teams, sitting inside

boardrooms where real decisions were made. But the longer I stayed in corporate, the clearer one thing became — working hard inside someone else's system was never going to build the kind of wealth I wanted for my family.

So I made the shift.

I co-founded Xecofy and built a blue-chip client roster personally — no agency, no middlemen. I walked into rooms with some of the world's most demanding clients and earned their trust through execution, not promises. That discipline shaped everything I do today.

Then came the deeper realisation: even successful consulting was still trading time for money.

The only real path to sustainable wealth is owning assets that work while you sleep. Since 2014 I've been deploying my own capital across UK real estate, PSX, global equities, and emerging assets. In 2022 I founded Takhleeq — developing real income-generating projects in Pakistan, starting with Legend46, a 7-storey commercial building in Islamabad.

I've also been on the fundraising side. I raised investment for my own startup DealSmash — which means I understand what angel investors and VCs actually look for, not just in theory. That knowledge now serves the entrepreneurs and founders I work with. When I hosted a meeting at Legend46 between a Dubai-based startup founder and an angel investor, the deal closed in a single conversation. That's what the right environment — and the right connections — can do.

I'm a British citizen who chose to build in Pakistan. That's not a story many people can tell — and it's exactly why Pakistani expats across the UK and UAE value learning from me when investing back home. I understand both worlds. I've lived the London corporate life. I've navigated Islamabad's real estate market firsthand. I've invested in PSX through bull runs and crashes. I know what it means to deploy capital from abroad into a market most advisors have only read about.
